Influencer Recruiter/Manager - Commission-Based Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Recruiter/Manager to join our team on a commission-based structure. In this role, you will recruit and manage influencers who can effectively promote our premium fitness program, Fit Fierce Forever.

About Fit Fierce Forever:
Fit Fierce Forever is a leading fitness program tailored for busy individuals who want to build muscle and stay fit without compromising their time. Designed for men over 30, the program includes easy-to-follow meal plans and workouts that can be done at home, three times a week, with no equipment needed. Our mission is to make fitness simple, accessible, and effective.

Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit influencers globally to promote Fit Fierce Forever.
Negotiate collaboration terms and performance-based agreements with influencers.
Manage relationships with influencers and ensure they have the resources to succeed.
Track influencer campaign performance and provide regular updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine influencer strategies and campaigns.
Target Audience:
The program is specifically designed for men over 30 in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Experience working with influencers who cater to this demographic is highly desirable.

Requirements:

Experience in influencer marketing or recruitment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify and build relationships with influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
A results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
Compensation:

$150 commission per sale generated through influencer collaborations.
Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
