Influencer Partnership Manager

As our Influencer Partnership Manager, you would be tasked with the important responsibility of identifying influencers and other potential partners to work with our brand to drive awareness campaigns along with campaigns to grow our userbase. This role is integral to our marketing team at Endless Motion Inc. and we are looking for a driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Research, recruit and activate new partners such as influencers and affiliates.
Grow relationships and maximize performance of existing partners.
Answer day to day enquiries and concerns from partners.
Organize resources and assets to be used by our partners during each campaign.
Work with the marketing team to plan and execute partner marketing promotions.
Research and planning new partner marketing strategies, methods and promotions.
Negotiate deals, promotions and incentives with partners.
Coordinate and manage all bulk emails to partners including newsletters and special promotions.
Manage and maintain up to date partner mailing lists.
Identify our key partners and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure and increase revenue.
Assist in the acquisition of new partners through proactive ‘cold calling’ and networking
Plan partner events and meetings with third-party networks to strengthen relationships and grow existing business in addition to acquisition.
Prepare reports and analyze campaign performance to ensure data-driven allocation of budget and efforts
Assists in other duties that may arise from time to time within the organization.
