Job Description:

The Influencer Outreach Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence online. This role involves identifying, reaching out to, and establishing successful partnerships with influencers across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the influencer marketing landscape and has a proven track record in managing influencer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and engage with influencers across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers in alignment with our marketing goals and budget.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy.

Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of our influencer partnerships.

Stay current with trends in influencer marketing and suggest innovative ways to leverage these trends.

Qualifications:

Experience in influencer outreach, influencer marketing, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools is a plus.

High degree of professionalism and the ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential information.

The starting rate for this role will be set at $3.50 USD per hour.
