JOB OVERVIEW

As an Influencer Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across various social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to craft influencer campaigns, coordinate content deliverables, and track performance to ensure impactful and authentic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification: Research and identify influencers across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with our brand's voice, values, and audience.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering authentic connections.

Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with influencers to develop content that resonates with their audiences while meeting campaign goals and brand standards.

Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan, including personalized messages, collaboration proposals, and negotiation on deliverables.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing future influencer partnerships.

Content Review: Ensure all influencer-generated content aligns with our brand guidelines and quality standards.

Budget Management: Assist in managing influencer campaign budgets, negotiating rates, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years in influencer marketing, outreach, or social media management.
Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and influencer marketing tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence).
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft authentic, personalized outreach messages.
Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating terms and deliverables that benefit both the brand and influencer.
Data-Driven: Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity: An eye for creating engaging content ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
Attention to Detail: Organized and meticulous in tracking influencer communications, contracts, and deliverables.
