Influencer Outreach Specialist

Botanix, a growing haircare brand specializing in natural hair growth solutions using Batana Oil, is looking for a passionate and well-connected Influencer Outreach Specialist. We are targeting a primarily African American audience and need someone who understands this demographic to help build meaningful influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with influencers, beauty bloggers, and content creators in the African American haircare space, with a focus on promoting our Batana Oil products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure authentic promotion of Botanix products.
Create outreach campaigns, propose collaborations, and manage influencer marketing efforts to expand brand awareness.
Negotiate contracts, set deliverables, and ensure content aligns with our brand's message and values.
Track influencer performance metrics, campaign success, and ROI.
Stay up-to-date on beauty and haircare trends, specifically in the African American community.
Requirements:

Proven experience in influencer outreach and relationship management.
Strong understanding of the African American haircare market and influencers within this niche.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Passion for natural beauty and haircare, especially products designed for natural hair growth.
Ability to analyze data to track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
