Influencer Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to promote our products through honest, positive video reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant influencers in our target markets on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Reach out to influencers via email, direct message, or other appropriate channels to introduce our products and propose collaborations
- Negotiate agreements with influencers to provide them with our products in exchange for honest, positive video reviews and usage rights
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, agreements, and content received from influencers
- Assist with tracking the performance and ROI of influencer campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and influencer marketing
- Able to build positive relationships with influencers
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proactive and results-driven attitude
- Fluent in written and spoken English
