JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We’re seeking an agile leader and Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive and optimize our influencer marketing strategy. This role focuses on maximizing earned media value (EMV) through influencer seeding, placements and posts, expanding community size, increasing mentions and tagged content, and growing organic impressions across social media platforms, particularly TikTok. You will oversee both internal teams and external agency partnerships, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight: Lead and manage influencer marketing efforts across internal teams and external agencies, setting clear targets to achieve KPIs.

Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly updates and comprehensive monthly reports, highlighting progress against KPIs, campaign performance, and actionable insights.

Campaign Management: Develop compelling and clear influencer campaign briefs to guide internal and external teams.

Coaching & Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to enhance skills and ensure seamless execution of influencer initiatives.

Content Seeding & Placements: Scale influencer seeding efforts, with a focus on increasing TikTok placements and organic mentions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Earned Media Value (EMV): Primary metric for success, measuring campaign impact and ROI.
Social Growth: Increase in community size, mentions, tagged content, and organic impressions across all platforms.
TikTok Success: Growth in influencer partnerships, placements, and organic engagement on TikTok.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media, including managing agency partnerships.
Strong analytical skills and ability to report on campaign performance and ROI.
Excellent communication and campaign briefing skills.
Expertise in TikTok and other social media platforms, with a track record of driving organic growth.
Leadership skills to coach and inspire teams.
