We are a fast-growing fashion brand committed to sustainable and ethical practices. We are looking for an innovative and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our influencer and ambassador programs using the Saral software.

Role Overview: As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry, strong relationship management skills, and proficiency in using Saral software to maximize our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage our influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with fashion influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Use Saral software to manage all aspects of the influencer and ambassador programs.
- Measure and report on the performance of influencer campaigns and optimize strategies based on analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to align influencer activities with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically within the fashion industry.
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools and software, with specific expertise in Saral software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and engage effectively with influencers.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
