We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive who is passionate about building relationships and understands the power of influencer partnerships. This role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and managing influencers on TikTok and Instagram to promote our brand authentically and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Identification: Identify influencers who align with our brand requirements and target audience by analyzing follower demographics, engagement trends, and content style.
2. Engagement: Actively engage with influencer content by liking, commenting, and sharing on a daily basis to build a strong rapport.
3. Outreach & Relationship Building: Reach out to influencers for potential collaborations, foster strong connections, and maintain long-term relationships to ensure ongoing partnerships.
4. Campaign Management: Coordinate influencer campaigns from start to finish, including content briefings, deliverable timelines, and performance tracking.
5. Content Direction: Guide influencers on content requirements, ensuring they create high-quality, brand-aligned posts that resonate with our audience.
6. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and engagement, providing feedback and insights to continuously improve future campaigns.
