As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with influencers who align with our brand values. You will handle weekly outreach, coordinate follow-up communications, and manage the logistics of product shipments to ensure smooth, timely collaboration. Your work will help fuel brand growth, boost engagement, and expand our reach across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Influencer Outreach: Identify and reach out to relevant influencers on a weekly basis, introducing our brand and exploring potential collaborations.
• Follow-Up Management: Create and send follow-up
• Logistics Coordination: Manage the timely shipment of products to influencers, track deliveries, and ensure all necessary assets or instructions are included.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong, ongoing relationships with influencers, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Qualifications:
• Experience: experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related marketing roles.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach and follow-up messages.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple influencers, shipments, and follow-ups simultaneously without missing deadlines.
• Team Player: Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
