Influencer Marketing

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist with influencer marketing, brand sponsorships, and public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and securing brand collaborations, particularly in the legal industry, and will be instrumental in expanding our podcast's reach through media and brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships:
-Research and identify hotels near downtown LA that would be interested in collaborating on a brand partnership.
-Assist in drafting and sending pitches to hotels, highlighting the benefits of being featured on the Court Reporter Podcast and social media platforms.
-Negotiate deals with hotels for complimentary stays or discounts in exchange for promotional content.
-Explore opportunities to secure discounts on flights and rental cars, leveraging our 501(c)(3) status.
-Compile a list of hotels that cater to the legal industry, including contact information for PR or influencer marketing representatives.

2. Public Relations:
-Develop strategies to get the podcast and brand featured on TV shows, media outlets, blogs, and other platforms, particularly those focused on the court reporting and legal industries.
-Maintain active outreach to media contacts, pitching story ideas, and securing coverage.
-Collaborate with existing team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

3. Collaboration Management:
-Track and manage all collaborations and sponsorships, ensuring all deliverables are met and relationships are nurtured.
-Assist in organizing and coordinating outreach efforts to maximize exposure and brand recognition.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and public relations, preferably within the legal industry.
-Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential collaboration opportunities and key industry contacts.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
-Knowledge of the court reporting or legal industry is a plus.
-Familiarity with social media platforms and podcast promotion is an advantage.
