We’re looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Independent Contractor to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Setter & Closer. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with inbound leads via calls and texts, follow up with prospects, and guide them to book a call or meeting. Once engaged, you will work to close the deal, helping clients access our cutting-edge website development, artificial intelligence bots, and digital marketing services such as SEO and marketing automation.
This role offers a low base rate combined with commission for every sale and performance bonuses, making it perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills who thrive in a flexible, contractor-based environment. It's an ideal opportunity for someone motivated to earn and grow. However, please only apply if you are confident in your sales abilities and have the skills needed to successfully close deals. We offer a base rate of $400 plus a 10-15% commission on all sales. Our product prices range from $300 to $5,000+, meaning a 10-15% commission can quickly bring your earnings to $1,000+. We also provide bonuses for recurring products, giving you additional earning opportunities as you build client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Outreach: Engage with warm leads provided by the company via calls to introduce our services.
Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for detailed consultations.
Closing Sales: Present tailored solutions to clients, address their needs, handle objections, and close deals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospects to encourage repeat business and referrals.
CRM Updates: Record all lead interactions in the CRM to ensure organized follow-up and tracking.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals to qualify for bonuses.
Requirements:
Proven Sales Experience: Background in selling services like website development, AI bots, SEO, or digital marketing solutions.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical or marketing concepts clearly to potential clients.
Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated, able to work independently as a contractor while managing time effectively.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with lead management tools (training available).
Availability: Part-time commitment of 20-30 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
