Soft Qualifications and What You Can Expect to Be Doing on a Daily Basis
• Ability to Converse and Articulate in Verbal and Written English Fluently.

Responsibilities
• Maintain a zero missed call rate for prospective client inquiries.
• Respond to SMS and email inquiries from from prospective clients while maintaining excellent grammar and verbiage
• Record detailed intake notes of the incident while on the call with the prospective client
• Schedule appointments and consultations with your assigned lead attorney,(inbound & outbound)
• Reach out to prospective clients following consultations, articulating our unique value, and educating them on why we are the ideal fit for their case.

Pay Structure
• Non-deductible monthly base pay will be $1,000.
• There will be an initial training period until it is determined that you are qualified to be endorsed to an assigned lead attorney. This period can range from 2 weeks to 2 months. During this time, the biweekly pay will be 7,500 PHP, and you will only be required to work 5 hours a day.
• Bonuses can be earned up to 200% of your base pay, depending on how much you exceed the minimum monthly target.
For example, if your base pay is $1,000, you can earn another $2,000 on top, primarily depending on performance for that 30-day period.

Daily paid training of around 40 mins to 1 hr will be provided to propel performance and accelerate time for you to maximize bonuses in the least time possible.

This isn’t your typical job posting with a bonus structure that feels out of reach. Earning an extra $2,000 every month is entirely achievable here, and we’ll work together every single day to help you get there.
