Job Overview:

Hudson Wren Portraits is a luxury portrait studio that creates timeless and meaningful artwork. We seek a skilled and personable Sales Consultant to guide our clients through an exceptional purchasing experience. This is a remote position, and we welcome talented individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare for Client Sessions: Review client details and organize slideshows using software like ProSelect.
Conduct Zoom Consultations: Present portraits, showcase artwork options and guide clients in selecting their favourites.

Provide Expert Guidance: Answer questions, overcome objections, and recommend products tailored to client preferences.
Utilize Technology: Use Zoom, Go High Level, Google Drive, Acuity, and other platforms to manage workflows and ensure seamless client experiences.

Deliver Exceptional Service: Maintain a polished and professional demeanour while ensuring clients enjoy a luxury-level experience.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience: At least 1–2 years in a sales or client-facing role. Experience with high-value products is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Zoom, ProSelect, Google Drive, Go High Level, and Acuity (training can be provided).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven B2C sales experience
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Technical Requirements:

A reliable computer with at least 8 GB RAM.
Noise-cancelling headset and webcam (is a must).
Wired internet with at least 50 Mbps download speed.

Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English and personable and professional.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with clients and guide them through decisions.

Problem-Solving Skills: Confidently handle objections and find solutions to meet client needs.

Availability: Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.

Compensation and Schedule:
Salary: $10 USD an hour plus bonuses
Hours: 30 + hours a week, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and some weekends.
