What You’ll Do

Warm Lead Conversion – Book leads into free consultations with nurses or paid consultations with dentists.

Structured Follow-Up – Follow our proven phone handling and follow-up system while using your initiative to build deeper relationships and connections with leads.

Customer Interaction – Handle calls, emails, and chats to ensure patients feel valued and cared for.


What You Need

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Customer service or sales experience (preferred).

Confidence using Google Suite, CRM systems, and phone tools.

A proactive, empathetic attitude with a strong desire to succeed.

We will be hiring 2-3 individuals with working hours of 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, to manage the phone lines and lead management between 8am-8pm UK Time

Compensation Details

The starting salary for this position will be £5 per hour, with an immediate additional monthly bonus structure based on:

The number of new patient leads successfully booked in.

The quality of calls and relationship-building efforts.

Feedback from the general team and patient leads.


We are looking for someone who is proactive and eager to grow with us, with opportunities for further performance-based salary reviews.
