Zeoli Realty is seeking a skilled and professional communicator to play a pivotal role in our recruiting process. As the Applicant Coordinator, you will facilitate the scheduling of interviews between qualified Indeed applicants and our recruiting team. This role involves handling inbound leads, meaning you’ll primarily work with individuals who are already eager to connect, with little to no resistance or objections.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, concise, and clear communicator who understands the importance of maintaining a positive applicant experience. This position is essential to the stabilization and growth of our recruiting system, offering the opportunity to build a long-term career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
