JOB OVERVIEW

A&A Realty Group is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Virtual Inbound Call Receiver to join our real estate wholesaling team. This role involves answering inbound calls from property owners, gathering key information, and setting up appointments for our Acquisitions Manager. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, who can remain professional, persuasive, and personable on every call. The ideal candidate should be available during business hours, even on days with light call volumes, and be proactive in turning calls into qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Engage with property owners, gather information about the property, and assess interest in selling.
Set up appointments with potential sellers for our Acquisitions Manager.
Maintain clear and accurate records of calls and lead information in our CRM system.
Provide a positive customer experience on every call.
Be available and ready to answer calls during agreed business hours.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience in real estate or customer service is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and stay motivated during periods of low call volume.
Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
Compensation:
Competitive weekly retainer + performance bonuses for qualified appointments.
