In Search of a Cold Calling Rockstar!

We are a growing real estate company seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Cold Caller. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate. This is a remote position, and you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the Illinois market (USA).

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential property sellers/buyers using a provided script.
Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and assessing their interest level.
Schedule appointments for follow-up calls or meetings with the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with call notes and lead information.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Provide regular feedback on script effectiveness and customer responses.
Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in real estate).
Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Technical Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Quiet workspace free from background noise.
Good quality headset and microphone.
