In-House Financial Manager

We are looking for a full-time, senior, financial manager for our group of companies.

We are experienced managing employees in the Philippines and have staff based there already.

We are a family-owned group with diverse operations, including a fast-growing eCommerce and retail startup, three long-established early education centers, and management of inter-family accounts and trusts. We seek an experienced In-House Financial Manager to structure and oversee our financial operations across all entities.

Key responsibilities include daily bookkeeping and account reconciliation using Xero, payroll management for approximately 100 staff across five pay runs, preparation and submission of BAS and other financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation regulations, and liaising with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting roles, proficiency in Xero, a strong understanding of Australian taxation regulations, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ideally the candidate has experience in our software stack being Xero, Deputy and the use of instant communication platforms like slack or teams.
