We are now looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us drive revenue, engagement, and customer retention through data-driven email marketing strategies.

The Role

As our In-House Email Marketing Specialist, you will own and optimize our email marketing efforts, ensuring every campaign delivers exceptional results. You will have a direct impact on increasing company profits by managing end-to-end email campaigns, creating personalized content, and utilizing advanced segmentation to drive customer engagement. You’ll track critical metrics, analyze data, and implement actionable insights to continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management

- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product launches, and lifecycle automation.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and design.

Segmentation & Personalization

-Build and maintain advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, targeted messages.
Optimize campaigns for different customer journeys and lifecycle stages.

Data & Performance Analysis

-Track and analyze email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, revenue per email, and overall ROI.
-Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to improve performance.

A/B Testing & Optimization

- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and sending times to refine strategies.
Implement findings to improve email engagement and profitability.

Deliverability & Compliance

- Monitor deliverability and ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
- Maintain clean email lists through regular list hygiene.

Key Metrics to Track & Influence
Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their expertise in tracking and improving the following metrics:

Open Rates: How will you improve email subject lines and preview text?
Click-Through Rates (CTR): What strategies will you use to increase engagement?
Revenue Per Email: How do you plan to directly drive sales and improve ROI?
Customer Retention Rate: How will your email campaigns contribute to building long-term customer loyalty?

Email
Deliverability: What measures will you take to ensure high deliverability rates?

Requirements

-Proven experience in email marketing, ideally in e-commerce or DTC brands.
-Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance.
-Experience with A/B testing and email segmentation strategies.
-Knowledge of email compliance laws and best practices.
-Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
