Implementation Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics Migration

Experienced Implementation Consultant to assist our client in migrating from Great Plains Accounting 18.4 to the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics. This is an opportunity to lead a project, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful transition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review the current setup of Great Plains including how to import data from excel or other sources.
- Identify migration needs and document.
- Develop a project plan for the migration to Microsoft Dynamics.
- Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics to meet client requirements.
- Manage data migration from Great Plains, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth adoption process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with client and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics and migrating from legacy systems like Great Plains Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working on accouting implementations
- Great Plains and Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Experience migrating from Great Plains to Dynamics.
- Experience working with businesses migrating from Great Plains to Dynamics.
