About the Role
System & Network Engineer
- who has decent experiences in
a. Entra ID and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.
b. Hotel IT systems management related with Oracle opera and Micros simphony.
c. Medical Centre system
- who have a proven record in delivering exceptional technical skills, support and services to meet client needs.
- Physical Server & VM configuration and management
- Firewall, Cisco Router and Cisco managed switches configuration and management
- Microsoft 365, Customer Support, Desktop support including Mac

Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication skills & Proven customer service skills
- Extensive experience in setting up and configuring Entra ID and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems
- In-depth knowledge and experience with SMTP settings, DNS configurations, SPF records, DNS MX records, DKIM, and related protocols.
- Expertise in configuring Trend Micro antivirus solutions.
- Comprehensive experience with Cisco DUO, Cisco Meraki, Oracle Opera, and Micros Simphony.
- Windows Sever 2019 or above and Mac Skills (has experience and knowledge in supporting MAC devices and server)
- VM (VMware & Hyper-V)
- Firewall, Cisco Router and Cisco managed switches configuration and management
- Microsoft 365 and Remote desktop services
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting a variety of desktop and server software
- Ability to working in a team
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Support our clients in a professional & timely manner

Desirable Criteria
- Hotel Systems
- Best Practices, Medical Dirctor
- SQL Experiences
- Setting up and maintaining backup software/hardware
- CCNA, VMWARE, Microsoft Certifications, Citrix
- Knowledge of Mac and Mac Server
- Proven experience producing documentation of IT systems
- Experience working in a team with a tiered support structure
- Experience with VOIP and PABX systems
- Security Management & Sharepoint
- Managing customer relationships
