IT System Engineer

Core Responsibilities
- Administer, oversee, and manage the MDM system, including its associated resources.
- Take charge of the complete setup and configuration process for the MDM system. This
includes management and organization of MDM resources such as devices, users, software,
policies, systems integrations, and audit reports, ensuring optimal functionality and
alignment with organizational requirements.
- Provide comprehensive support for the MDM functionality, including troubleshooting and
resolution of technical issues, fulfillment of service requests concerning MDM configuration
and deployment, and guidance on MDM policies and best practices.
- Learn and adapt to the JumpCloud MDM platform quickly, with an expectation to take and
pass JumpCloud certifications within the initial onboarding period.
- Rapidly learn new technologies and self-direct research to resolve technical challenges.

Collaboration & Support
- This role requires strong self-motivation, effective time management, and excellent virtual
communication skills to ensure success and collaboration in a remote work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Manage time-sensitive requests, and prioritize and complete tasks promptly for internal and
authorized external business partners.
- KPIs will be measured by the successful completion of JumpCloud certifications, Ticket SLA
adherence, and documented improvements to MDM SOPs.
