JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist with experience using Zapier to help automate and optimize our internal and client workflows. As an IT Support Specialist at TeamLynk, you’ll provide essential technical support, manage automation processes, and ensure our systems run efficiently. If you have a strong understanding of IT systems, are familiar with automation tools, and are passionate about enhancing business productivity, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

> Provide IT support to our internal teams, resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
> Leverage Zapier to create, manage, and optimize automated workflows that integrate various business tools and platforms.
> Monitor system performance, respond to support tickets, and troubleshoot technical problems.
> Create and maintain documentation of processes, solutions, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external use.
> Assist with software updates, installations, and configurations to ensure all systems are functioning optimally.
> Manage and monitor the performance of IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems are secure and efficiently operating.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and troubleshoot technical systems and automation processes.
> Stay updated on Zapier features and best practices to continuously improve automation solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

> Proven experience using Zapier to automate workflows and integrate various applications.
> Strong IT support background, with the ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
> Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and effectively to non-technical team members.
> Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset.
> Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
> Previous experience in an IT support or systems administration role is preferred.
