What you will be doing:
Provide first-level support to end-users via phone,
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues
Log and track i
Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of computers, peripherals, and software
Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and assist with access-related issues
Help clients resolve technical issues remotely, providing IT support via
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams
Guide users in the basic use of software, applications, and IT resources
Follow IT support processes and contribute to their continuous improvement
Who we are looking for:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT troubleshooting, setup, or maintenance roles
Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite,
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP address, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot printers, hardware, and mobile devices
