Work Hours: In between 8:30-5:30 pm Sydney

Starting offer: 40k (negotiable depending on tenure and skill level)

What will you be doing:

Help clients deal with a technical issues

Connect remotely and solve problems

Backend configurations

Provide IT support via email and over the phone

Resolve network, server, hardware and software issues

Ability to escalate urgent problems



Who we are looking for:

Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT troubleshooting, setup or maintenance related role

Must have experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) company

Strong fundamental understanding of computers

Proficient in Windows 7, 10 and Mac OSX

Solid understanding of Microsoft products such as office suite and apps 2016+

Server and Network related skills

Experience in working for Australia,NZ, US and Canada based companies is preferred

Proficiency in the following is an advantage:

- Webroot

- Sophos firewalls

- SharePoint

- Datto
