As an IT Support, you will provide excellent and friendly end-user IT support for local and remote users. You will demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and gain a deep understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Applications, basic networking systems and Hardware Peripherals troubleshooting.
Time Zone: US California / Pacific Time 8AM to 5PM
You will be be responsible for:
Resolve incoming trouble calls
Answering customer phone calls and redirecting them to the right department
Monitoring anti-virus and cybersecurity tools
Installing and configuring printer/network devices
Performing daily back-ups and spot-checks
Helping monitor our internal ticket queue
Creating tickets for customers
Meeting regularly with IT Manager to provide status updates
Documenting IT processes
Keeping inventory of IT equipment
Learning and researching IT procedures
Demonstrating accountability, transparency, and integrity
