Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and skilled IT Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The IT Supervisor is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the IT department, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. The position focuses on building a reliable, secure, and innovative IT infrastructure while delivering effective technology solutions that enhance business efficiency, support growth, and foster digital transformation. The role also emphasizes leadership in cybersecurity, system optimization, and process automation, contributing to the overall success and scalability of the organization.

Job Description:
Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Oversee the management of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services.

Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of systems to support business operations.

Manage the procurement and maintenance of hardware and software, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect the organization’s data and IT systems from threats.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for data security and privacy.

Monitor and respond to potential security incidents, conducting risk assessments and vulnerability testing.

Oversee the development, customization, and integration of software solutions to meet business requirements.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and performance.

Facilitate the smooth rollout of new applications, including training and support for end users.

Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in the event of system failures.

Ensure regular backups and testing of recovery systems to safeguard critical business data and processes.

Lead IT projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.

Research and evaluate emerging technologies, making recommendations for upgrades or new implementations.

Identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization to drive efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Negotiate contracts with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring favorable terms and high performance.

Improve process in relation to IT Support, IT Security, and IT Data Management.

Create workflows on compliance and audits in relation to IT Security


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

With at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, specifically in IT Support, IT Security, and IT Data Management.

Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, data management, and emerging technologies.

Proven experience managing complex IT projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
