IT Proposal Writer/Market Researcher

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical IT Proposal Writer/Market Researcher to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in researching opportunities, writing and managing proposals for USA federal solicitations, with a focus on IT services. The IT Proposal Writer/Researcher will work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and business development professionals to do detailed research on opportunities, and develop high-quality, persuasive proposals that meet federal requirements and effectively communicate our technical solutions



Requirements

Lead the research, development and writing of technical proposals in response to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other solicitation types.
Produce clear, concise, and compliant proposal content that effectively conveys technical solutions, capabilities, and value propositions.
Ensure all proposals are compliant with solicitation requirements, including formatting, content, and submission guidelines.
Review and edit proposal content for clarity, grammar, and overall quality, ensuring a polished final product.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field with first class. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or a related role, preferably in the federal contracting environment.
Strong understanding of IT concepts, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, and data analytics.
Familiarity with FAR and other USA federal procurement regulations is highly desirable.
Meet strong solicitations win rate in line with existing performance standards and industry standards
Experience working for USA based companies
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
