IT Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Reports To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, with a focus on cloud migration, cybersecurity implementations, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with client and business objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (IT, development, security) and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards for quality and security.
Monitor project progress, track performance, and report updates to stakeholders.
Foster strong client relationships by effectively communicating project status, expectations, and outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure to guide project direction.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, methodologies, and tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management, particularly in cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure projects.
MSP Experience is a must.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cybersecurity best practices, and IT infrastructure frameworks.
Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is preferred but not required.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) and cloud security principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
