Job Description: IT Implementation and Operations Expert
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Implementation and Operations Expert based in the Philippines to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical expertise with operational insight to drive efficiency and innovation across our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset. This position will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our technology stack while supporting our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Management and Optimization:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for business technologies such as Quil, GPT, Loxo, LinkedIn, and others.
Oversee implementation and optimization of tools to enhance business efficiency.
Collaborate with technology providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Conduct trials of new technologies and assess their potential for the business.
Operational Support:
Work closely with the team to identify operational challenges and propose technology-driven solutions.
Streamline processes and improve workflows to enable tea
Create and manage business development strategies using AI tools like GPT to drive innovation.
Regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of implemented tools and processes.
Training and Coaching:
Develop and deliver weekly training sessions to upskill the team on leveraging technology effectively.
Provide ongoing coaching to ensure the team is aligned with best practices for using tools.
Document and share insights on tool capabilities and operational improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend tools that can add value to the business.
Conduct market research on innovative solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.
Implement strategies to maximize the use of AI tools like ChatGPT, including creating custom prompts and use cases.
Qualifications:
Strong expertise in ChatGPT and AI technologies, with proven experience in creating and optimizing custom AI solutions.
Solid background in operations management with a focus on technology integration.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in working with teams and explaining technical concepts.
Ability to self-learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
Familiarity with CRM, ATS, and other business platforms is a plus (e.g., Quil, Loxo, LinkedIn).
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
Experience supporting business development teams or similar environments is an advantage.
