Responsibilities:
As our Level 2 Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be the problem-solving hero our clients rely on. Your key tasks will include:
Delivering high-quality technical support via phone,
Diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls with tools like Active Directory.
Monitoring system performance and responding to alerts using industry-standard platforms.
Logging support activities accurately in our ticketing system.
Teaming up with colleagues and escalating issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy professional who fits our vibrant culture. You’ll need:
Technical Expertise: 2+ years in technical support, preferably with MSP experience.
Core Skills: Solid troubleshooting skills with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
Communication: Strong English skills (written and verbal) to explain tech to non-tech users.
Problem-Solving: A sharp, creative mind for tackling IT challenges.
Team Spirit: A friendly, collaborative vibe and eagerness to support the team.
Full-Time Commitment: Ready to dedicate 40 hours/week fully to this role.
