Who We Are: We’re a dynamic, growth-oriented marketing agency seeking a talented ISA to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to brides who are on the brink of one of the most special days of their lives—helping them book appointments for bridal gown fittings with our partner stores.

About the Role: In this position, you’ll spend 8 hours a day calling and connecting with brides, building rapport, and assisting them in scheduling fittings at our bridal stores. If you’re energized by phone conversations and enjoy connecting with people, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

Excellent English (spoken and written)
Experience in calling online leads
Experience with Go High Level is a bonus (not a must)
Strong soft skills and a warm, friendly voice—you’ll be the first point of contact for many brides

Technical Requirements:

Stable internet (minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speed)
8GB RAM minimum
High-quality microphone and headphones
What You’ll Be Doing:

Making calls to leads through our online system
Establishing genuine connections and warm conversations with brides
Booking appointments for bridal gown fittings
Updating a daily call report sheet
Participating in training sessions as needed
