Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and attract new and experienced agents to join our team.
-Invite them for a Strategy Session and be interviewed by our Team Lead/Associate Broker
-Introduce candidates to our brokerage’s culture, technology, and support systems.
-Maintain contact with agents post-onboarding, ensuring they feel supported and equipped.
-Connect with potential candidates by using networking, outreach, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in recruiting, real estate, or a related field.
-Excellent communication skills and a personable approach.
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques
-Fiber internet connection of 50mbps or higher ensures a fast and reliable backup internet connection.
-In-home office setup, including a Mac or PC (with webcam) with a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Must have a designated, professional, quiet workspace.
-Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks effectively.
-Strong desire to help others succeed and grow their careers
