JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) focused on serving as a Buyer Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. The ISA will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our buyer agents.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential buyers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation strategies.

Prospect Engagement: Engage with leads to understand their needs, preferences, and timelines for purchasing a property.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for buyer agents to meet with qualified leads and show properties.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads, providing updates on new listings, market trends, and available properties.

CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with buyer agents, listing agents, and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
