ISA / Lead Manager / Cold Calling / Texting

Job Requirements:
Great English speaking and writings skills
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to generate interest and secure appointments.
Being a self-starter and motivated

Those who have spent time in the United States are a plus!

Your Top Tasks:
*Accepting and calling all new incoming leads within 3 minutes
*Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects
*Engage in persuasive communication to generate interest
*Taking notes and documenting information in our database
*Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, track lead interactions, and update the CRM system accordingly
*Nurture relationships with potential leads by providing information and answering their queries.
*Sending and responding to emails and text messages
*Updating Google Sheets when necessary
*Various tasks as assigned
*Great customer service and follow through

Hours:
I am looking for a full-time employee open to flexible schedule
9AM - 6PM Arizona Mountain Standard Time with a 1-hour break Monday - Friday (could change to 8AM-5PM in the future)
