IP & Trademark Consultant

We’re looking for someone experienced with U.S. trademark filings who can help us prepare a USPTO trademark application for our brand. This is a one-time, project-based job.

Scope of Work:
• Evaluate our current brand and advise us on the best trademark / filing strategy based on our specific business
• Conduct basic research / clearance checks to identify any conflicts with existing trademarks
• Draft the USPTO application: class selection, description, and specimen guidance
• Guide us through the TEAS filing process

You're a good fit if:
• You’ve successfully assisted with filing trademarks with the USPTO
• You understand the TEAS process and class selection
• Able to communicate clearly with us
• Bonus if you have experience with international IP rights and trademarks that go beyond the US as well (since we sell internationally and this is a potential next step we'll look at after the USPTO filing)
