I am looking to hire someone for a full-time position at my company.

The role will involve putting together striking and visually powerful animations for my digital agency.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Excellent skill set with animation, able to adapt to different animation styles and create incredible visuals.

2. Ability to take creative lead - take an idea and represent it through animations with minimal input from our team.

3. Fantastic communication and collaborative ability - able to brainstorm with our team if needed, communicate ideas, the thought process behind them, etc…
