We work with CEOs and AI/ML startups across Silicon Valley and New York, and we’re searching for a self-starter who knows how to hustle! As a Podcast Editor and Newsletter Writer, you’ll shape high-quality audio content and create engaging newsletters, all while staying on top of the latest trends in tech, startups, and AI. Responsibilities:

--Edit Podcast Episodes: Maintain top-notch audio quality by removing noise, adjusting levels, and adding effects, ensuring a smooth, professional finish.

--Collaborate on Podcast Scripts: Write engaging introductions, show notes, and summaries that captivate our audience, which includes top executives and startup enthusiasts.

--Write and Curate Newsletters: Develop and distribute insightful, weekly or bi-weekly newsletters featuring the latest in AI, startups, and leadership insights.

--Manage Content Calendar: Keep our podcasts and newsletters on schedule with flawless organization.

--Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and startups, and translate them into both podcast and newsletter content.

--Build and Launch: Demonstrate experience in launching projects like newsletters, businesses, or products.

Required Skills & Experience:

--College Degree: A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, media, or a related field.

--Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in podcast production and writing.

--Self-Starter: A proven hustler who can launch and execute projects independently, showing initiative and persistence in all tasks.
--Audio Editing: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar.

--Writing & English Skills: Strong writing abilities, with excellent command of the English language.

--Podcast Production: Full-cycle podcast management from recording to final edits.

--Tech Awareness: You stay informed on AI/ML and startup trends, regularly reading the news and industry updates.

---Show Your Work: Demonstrate something you’ve built and launched—whether a newsletter, product, or business.

Work Schedule & Holidays:

Full-time, flexible hours. You’ll need to meet deadlines but can set your own schedule.
