Position Summary:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and management of 1099 contractors. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage the HR needs of a mobile healthcare company within a 3-5 hours/day time frame. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
