2. Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
3. Process the payroll
4. Conduct performance evaluations
5. Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
