We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Manager to oversee key HR functions including onboarding, time tracking, employee benefits management, and fostering a supportive and positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, and pleasant to work with, and will serve as the go-to resource for employees’ HR needs. This position is USA-based and requires working hours aligned with USA time zones (Pacific Standard Time).

The HR Manager will also be responsible for system implementation, continuous process improvement, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Onboarding and Offboarding:

-Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and efficient start.
Oversee offboarding, including exit interviews and final paperwork, ensuring smooth transitions.
Time Tracking and Payroll:

-Ensure accurate and timely time tracking, collaborating with payroll for seamless payment processes.
Benefits Administration:

-Administer and manage employee benefits, including Paid Time Off (PTO), health benefits, and other employee perks.
Ensure employees are informed and able to access their benefits effectively.
Employee Communication and Support:

-Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering a culture of open communication.
Conduct regular check-ins with employees to monitor well-being and job satisfaction.
System Implementation and Process Improvement:

-Lead the implementation of HR software for functions such as time tracking, onboarding, and benefits.
Continuously review and improve HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Employee Engagement and Development:

-Promote employee engagement and retention through regular check-ins and support for professional development.


Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Proven experience in HR management or a related role.
-Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and compliance.
-Proficiency in HR software and systems for time tracking, benefits management, and payroll.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
