Job Highlights

We are seeking an HR Generalist to oversee our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and be able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting second level of interviews, and managing onboarding procedures.
Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
Performance Management: Coordinate employee development plans and performance management processes.
Policy Development: Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Will craft mid-level policies and procedures.
Training and Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to promote employee growth and engagement.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.
Benefits Administration: Will do field work whenever necessary in updating all government agency related tasks
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records and prepare reports on HR activities.
Conflict Resolution: Investigate complaints and facilitate conflict resolution among employees.
Ad-hoc: Vendor Procurement

Requirements:

Education: Must be a College Graduate
Experience: At least 2 years of solid experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Lead or Generalist.
Knowledge of Labor Laws: Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
HR Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.


Preferred Skills and Certification:

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR or SPHR) is a definite plus.
Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
