JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager & Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our dynamic team. This role combines human resource management and administrative support, ensuring efficient business operations while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to handle HR processes and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Maintain employee records, contracts, and performance evaluations.

Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Address employee concerns, conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment.

Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Monitor and manage employee engagement and retention strategies.

Virtual Assistance & Administrative Support:

Provide executive-level administrative support to the management team.

Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and calendar organization.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.

Handle data entry, record-keeping, and file management.

Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Perform general office tasks and support various departments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Proficiency in HR software, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setup.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.

Must have experience using Indeed for recruitment purposes.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a remote or international company.

Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll tools, and online collaboration platforms.

Background in administrative support, project management, or customer service.
