Hubspot specialist

webdew is looking for a Hubspot Specialist with a proven track record of implementing Hubspot’s suite of products and achieving our business goals. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate must be an experienced and certified Hubspot enterprise user with experience managing a diverse group of individuals. They must also have exceptional technical and communication skills and be able to foster positive business relationships. The role will require the candidate to provide daily and weekly project status updates to management.

Responsibilities

Craft and oversee captivating landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns utilizing the HubSpot platform.
Establish clear retention objectives for clients and team members, ensuring alignment for mutual success.
Highlight product value and promote additional services through outstanding client experiences and brand representation.
Segment lists based on user behavior and optimize lead nurturing workflows for maximum efficiency.
Enhance email productivity while mitigating list decay and minimizing unsubscribers.
Implement streamlined processes for campaign and lead management, adhering to best practices.
Collaborate on developing training courses and educational materials for departmental members.
Analyze campaign metrics to evaluate success and refine strategies for future initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirement:

3+ years of experience as a Hubspot expert or Hubspot specialist
Experience with working on the Hubspot CRM is strongly preferred
Ability to perform API Integration Marketing automation
Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success Department
Deep understanding of clients’ concerns and thoughts regarding the use of services and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Shift Time: 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM (IST)
