JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview: Overskies, headquartered in Montvale, NJ USA (EST) is seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Administrator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our HubSpot platform to ensure seamless operations across marketing, sales, and customer service functions. You will play a critical role in driving email marketing, automation, enhancing data quality, and maximizing the effectiveness of our inbound marketing and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Platform Management:
Oversee the daily administration and maintenance of the HubSpot platform, including CRM & Marketing Hub.
Perform regular audits of data to ensure quality and consistency.


Email
Marketing and Campaign Management:
Oversee email marketing campaigns, including creation, segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Content Management and Website Optimization
Utilizing HubSpot's Content Management System (CMS), create and manage content, including blog posts, landing pages, and website optimization.
Improve the overall user experience and conversion rates of Overskies website built on the HubSpot platform.

Automation and Workflow Optimization:
Design, implement, and manage automated workflows, sequences, and processes to enhance lead management, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
Optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

Data Management and Reporting:
Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness through regular updates, imports, and exports.
Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
Monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Lead Management and Segmentation:
Manage lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies to improve lead qualification and targeting.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead flows and handoffs.

Landing Page and Form Management:
Create and manage landing pages, forms, and CTAs to support marketing campaigns.
A/B test forms and landing pages to optimize for conversions.

HubSpot Updates and Best Practices:
Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features, updates, and best practices.
Proactively recommend and implement improvements based on industry trends and HubSpot advancements.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role.
Deep understanding of HubSpot’s capabilities, including workflows, reporting, integrations, and CRM management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Experience with HTML/CSS, basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, CMS Hub) are highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Speak fluent english.
Ability to work on U.S EST
