JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be responsible for fully optimizing our CRM system to enhance productivity, drive automation, and streamline our operations. This role requires someone who understands the ins and outs of HubSpot and can translate our business needs into effective workflows, automations, and organized pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Optimization: Audit and optimize our current HubSpot setup to ensure it aligns with our business goals and workflows.
Workflow & Automation Development: Design, implement, and maintain workflows, email sequences, and automations to improve lead management, customer communication, and team efficiency.
Pipeline Management: Create, organize, and optimize deal pipelines to streamline our sales and operational processes.
Data Management: Maintain clean and organized CRM data by setting standards for data entry, deduplication, and record accuracy.
Reporting & Analytics: Build custom dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and track performance metrics.
Team Training & Support: Train team members on best practices for using HubSpot and provide ongoing support for technical questions or issues.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HubSpot features and updates, implementing new tools and strategies as needed.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with HubSpot CRM, including implementing workflows, automations, and pipelines.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HubSpot features such as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, workflows, custom properties, and integrations.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to ensure processes are efficient and accurate.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and train staff effectively.
Certification: HubSpot certifications in CRM management, automation, or other relevant areas are highly preferred.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools and platforms that integrate with HubSpot (e.g., QuickBooks, Fieldd, Zapier).
