Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in HubSpot CRM to ensure the accuracy, organization, and integrity of our customer and prospect data. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience working with CRM systems, and the ability to manage large sets of data efficiently. This role is critical in maintaining accurate records, improving sales and marketing operations, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and prospect information in HubSpot CRM.

Review, clean, and validate data to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Identify and correct discrepancies in records, ensuring data integrity.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize data usage.

Support marketing and sales initiatives by segmenting and organizing contact lists.

Document data management processes and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of data entry experience, preferably in a SaaS or automotive industry.

Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (experience with data imports, workflows, and reporting is a plus).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage large datasets.

Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data manipulation.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve data discrepancies.

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
