Job Overview:

We are looking for a HubSpot Data Management Specialist with helpdesk and marketing experience to join our team. This role combines expertise in HubSpot data management, customer support, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data management within HubSpot, provide helpdesk support to clients and team members, and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update client and campaign data in HubSpot.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Create and manage reporting dashboards.
Provide technical support for HubSpot-related issues to team members.
Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with HubSpot support when necessary.
Train team members on best practices and new features in HubSpot.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and monitor campaigns within HubSpot.
Set up and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.


Qualifications:

Proven experience with HubSpot (certification preferred).
Strong understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and data integration.
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or a related field.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:

Remote work with flexibility, but must be available during Pacific Time Zone hours.
