HubSpot Specialist (Setup & Optimization)

Description:
I’m looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to set up and optimize HubSpot from scratch. I currently don’t have HubSpot, so I need someone who can handle the full setup, including CRM configuration, automation, and lead management. The goal is to ensure HubSpot is set up efficiently to streamline marketing, sales, and customer relationship processes.

Responsibilities:

Set up HubSpot CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hub from scratch
Configure workflows, email sequences, and automation
Implement lead generation, segmentation, and nurturing strategies
Integrate HubSpot with my website and other tools as needed
Set up reporting dashboards and analytics for key metrics
Provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience setting up and managing HubSpot CRM
Strong understanding of automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation
Ability to integrate HubSpot with websites and third-party platforms
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and conversion optimization
Experience setting up reporting and dashboards for tracking performance
Bonus: Experience with paid ad tracking and sales pipeline optimization
